Some years are better than others. When we look back on the 1998 Young Bird season, we find little cause for complaint. Our flying team, representing the best of our bloodlines, put Hackemer Lofts at the top of the race sheet time and time again against major competition. These crackerjack pigeons are yet another reminder that bloodlines and pedigrees mean nothing without performance.
